Nude yoga. For me, yoga is getting back to the connection of spirit and soul. Practicing yoga nude allows me to be free without the inhibitions of clothing and restraints. I love celebrating the male body in all forms. Men are beautiful and to be free and naked is a gift that I would choose for all men. To be empowered and naked allows me to expereince being one with nature.

I first started practicing naked yoga about 10 years ago. I am thrilled to see the movement of naked yoga growing. It takes amazing and courageous visionaries like Justin Rockett and all our naked yoga instructors around the world to fuel our energy. For myself, I will continue to look for exotic places around the workd to experince my naked journey.
