A few years ago after completing a teacher training certification I was curious about all mens yoga classes in my area.  My curiousity led me to the San Antonio Mens Group that offered nude yoga classes but was on hiatus because they needed a teacher.  The groups organizer Bill asked me if I was willing to lead the group. I was a newly certified yoga teacher and was eager to get my self out there and start teaching. So I said yes! I found that leading the group of men to be very liberating and they were very willing to try new postures and kick start their yoga journey. I moved to Tampa in 2013 where I was lucky to find another amazing group of men into nude yoga.  You can find leading and attending nude yoga classes in Tampa and St. Pete, Florida.  Thank you to Justin Rockett for allowing me to share my love of teaching.
