What Happens When We do Habitual

What Happens When We do Habitual

Each moment we live, each breath we inspire, we have a chance to ignite our sixth inner sense, AWARENESS. Awareness allows us to dance with the present moment keeping us fully engaged in the process of listening and embodying a centered, nondualistic mind. When we perform a task over and over again, we no longer give 100% of our attention to that particular task at hand. The pathway to getting our end result is known and  with repetition, we passively go for the ride known as Autopilot Syndrome. This passive state eludes us to often times becoming multi taskers. Our mind shutters back and forth between the past, comparing the current situation at hand with past experiences revealing notions of “This is not as good, or “It was better last time”, or the receptivity of the task may be completely numbed by building expectations, fantasizing of the future of what should be instead of participating in the present miracle at hand. This very breath, what exist here and now, for this very moment is what can lead us back to the present moment where we can be receptive. From this, we can appreciate and see the truth as opposed to the mystical fog that clouds.
